📅 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
Your access to the WhatsApp API service will remain active until the billing period expires.
💸 Refund Policy
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partial usage or unused time.
Annual Plans
Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date only.
A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused duration of the service.
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Fully refundable after successful verification.
Please contact us immediately with payment proof and transaction details.
⚠️ Service Disruption
If Wapnix is unable to deliver the service due to an internal technical issue for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for:
Service credit, or
A partial refund
This will be evaluated based on the nature and duration of the disruption.
